the decree integrating the financial endowment of the ‘Nuova Impresa 2023‘ call for proposals has been approved. This means that many more entrepreneurs in the Oltrepò area will be able to benefit from this important contribution that protects emerging entrepreneurs with non-repayable financial resources.
The Oltrepò pavese area has a lot to offer and there are many sectors with great economic and business potential, both locally and nationally or internationally. This is why the Lombardy Region is granting a great deal of aid to support those who aim, through entrepreneurship, to make a significant contribution to the area‘s economy.
Last April, a call for tenders was opened to encourage the recovery and relaunch of the economy in the Oltrepò pavese area, aimed at supporting the start-up of new businesses and self-entrepreneurship, including self-employment with individual VAT numbers. This is the ‘Bando Nuova Impresa 2023‘ (New Enterprise Announcement 2023) allocated by the Lombardy Region.
In addition to what was initially allocated, a supplement of € 3,217,000.00 has just been launched. This increase will broaden the scenario of possible beneficiaries who have started or will start their own business project.
The financial facilitation of the call in question consists of a non-repayable contribution with the following characteristics:
Minimum investment amount of € 3,000.00
Maximum contribution of € 10,000.00
Grant intensity of 50%.

Authoritative territorial authorities, such as the Lombardy Region or the Pavia Chamber of Commerce, cyclically propose non-repayable contributions that are indispensable for improving business efficiency.
