The traditional Bugatti-branded historic car event will take place today and tomorrow to discover the tourist and historic beauty of the Oltrepò Pavese area. ACI Pavia with Colline e Oltre Spa have once again organised this year‘s event, which will attract many enthusiasts and the curious along our roads.
After the success of the 2023 edition, ACI Pavia intends to promote the second edition of ‘Ruote nella storia‘ (Wheels in history) to foster, on the one hand, the historical culture of the car and, on the other, the visibility of the Oltrepò Pavese through the presentation of its scenic, historical and traditional local beauty. Gentleman drivers from different parts of Italy and abroad will take part in the event on board cars of inestimable value branded ‘Bugatti‘. The timeless appeal of this blazoned automotive brand will allow numerous enthusiasts to reach the event venues, where they will be able to appreciate the enogastronomic riches of the area and stay in local restaurants and hotels
‘Wheels in History‘ represents an opportunity for enthusiasts to have fun and enjoy themselves but, above all, it is a service to the region and its community for several reasons. Firstly, it celebrates and preserves the cultural and historical heritage related to the automobile. Secondly, it promotes local tourism and supports the local economy by attracting visitors who help generate revenue for local businesses such as hotels, restaurants, shops and tourist services. In addition, it offers a unique and engaging experience that may incentivise tourists to extend their stay in the area by exploring other attractions and resources in the area.

‘Wheels in History‘ offers these enthusiasts the chance to share their experiences, knowledge and stories with people who share the same passion. Venue of the event is the Castle of San Gaudenzio from where the genlteman drivers will set off to discover the Oltrepò Pavese and its historical pearls, including the Castle of Montalto Pavese
The organisers have worked to further improve the overall event experience, seeking to introduce new attractions, activities or distinctive elements that can make the event even more engaging and memorable. Local institutions participating in the event will offer even greater authority to the event
This "2nd Trofeo Colline e Oltre" represents an opportunity to consolidate the success of the first edition by continuing to promote and celebrate the rich history of Bugatti cars and the beauty of the Oltrepò Pavese area thanks to the commitment of Aci Pavia President Geom.
