This extraordinary event, now in its sixth edition, is a unique opportunity to savour the region‘s authentic gastronomic tradition, concentrated in the irresistible goodness of agnolotto, a meat-filled pasta that enchants the palates of anyone who has the privilege of tasting it.
Sunday 21 April 2024 will be the day when the Malaspina Castle in Varzi will welcome chefs, judges, guests and enthusiasts for a day of taste and conviviality.
Leading the culinary dances will be expert chefs Silvano Vanzulli and Danilo Nembrini, flanked by a team of talented students, ready to delight those present with their masterful creations. The technical jury, composed of luminaries from the national and international gastronomic scene, will ensure a careful evaluation of the competing dishes. At the helm, we find Roberto Carcangiu, distinguished president of the Professional Association of Italian Chefs, flanked by renowned chefs such as Luigi Gandola, Stefano Marinucci and Rita Monastero, also well-known figures on television. With them, experts of the calibre of Raffaele Genovese, Walter Zanoni and renowned master pasta maker Mario Becciolini will ensure the highest quality and authenticity of the agnolotto on offer. The addition of CuorCuoco‘s creative touch promises to add a note of surprise and innovation to the competition.
