This year, the OltrExpo Fair Area in Casteggio will be the stage for the 37th edition of this culinary feast, an unmissable appointment for those who wish to immerse themselves in the two gastronomic treasures of Oltrepò. The fair area, completely renovated, underlines the constant commitment to improving and enhancing this tradition, confirming Casteggio as a reference point for the Oltrepò Pavese.
The fair will take place on 12 November 2023, in the heart of autumn, when nature gives its most succulent fruits. Free admission offers everyone the opportunity to participate and savour local delicacies. From 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., the stands will be open, ready to delight visitors with autumn delicacies.
Among the protagonists of this food and wine day, the truffle stands out for its nobility. Both varieties, the white and the black, will be the focus of tastings, offering participants a unique sensory experience. The Food Area, animated by the Pro Loco Clastidium, Moroni catering, Ab Mauri with the Scrocchiarella and the Chiaro di Luna craft brewery, will be a culinary paradise.
