"Vineyard experience" embodies the way of experiencing wine and the land at the Bosco del Sasso winery: in each bottle of wine lies a universe of sensations that extend beyond mere tasting. Each bottle holds a centuries-old heritage, which is now reborn under the new Bosco del Sasso label.
This company will be present at the event ‘50 Sfumature di Pinot Noir‘ where it will present an important label of its own production, namely ‘19-09 Spumante Extra Dry‘. To obtain this wine, Pinot Noir is vinified in white in order to obtain a sparkling wine that is fresh, fragrant but at the same time maintains structure, body and persistence. Through the sparkling process using the Martinotti Method, the natural effervescence developed during the fermentation process is preserved. It is a strong wine, but rounded by a slight soft note that adapts it to every palate.
