In Voghera, this oasis of taste and culinary refinement can be found in Via Gabetta at ‘Savignoni‘, a historic and much-loved company that, with an unwavering commitment to excellence and an unparalleled passion for food, is dedicated to creating and offering its customers dishes of extraordinary gastronomy.

The story began in 1954 when Signora Carla, a true Bolognese, opened the business with the help of Messrs Ernesto, Bruna and Franco, or ‘the Savignoni brothers‘. The strength of tradition, combined with a passion for good food, has been handed down to the present day, embodying the art of combining culinary tradition with innovation, paying homage to traditional Italian and local food recipes in full respect of authentic methods of preparation and flavours.A balance between past and present that can tell tasty and fascinating stories
The flagship product is the agnolotto DE.C.O. whose recipe has been handed down for four generations. The absolute quality of the raw materials used and the attention to detail have allowed this product to be awarded the Denominazione Comunale di Originedal by the municipality of Voghera, as it has been produced with the same recipe in the municipal area for at least ten years

The ‘50 Sfumature di Pinot Noir‘ event could not fail to welcome an excellence of the Savignoni territory that will delight the palates of the most demanding people with its tasting menus specially created for this event. On Saturday 14 October (dinner) and Sunday 15 October (lunch), Savignoni will thus offer the possibility of a culinary journey aimed at exploring its own way of cooking under the banner of quality, hospitality and Voghera tradition.
