Pinot Noir has important roots here in the Oltrepò Pavese, already in the mid 19th century it was introduced in these lands that over the years proved to be perfect for this cultivation. It is precisely to celebrate this great production of our territory that the event ‘50 Sfumature di Pinot Noir‘ is being organised, in which the Rossetti & Scrivani company will also participate with the following wines:
- · «Pinot Noir Metodo Classico Nature» is a sparkling wine with an intense straw yellow colour and a persistent, creamy mousse. The nose is elegant and complex, with hints of white flowers, candied fruit and dried fruit. The taste is extremely dry, fresh, savoury and balance·
- «Pinot Noir Classical Method Brut White»: this is a sparkling wine with a persistent, broad mousse. On the nose it is intense, evolved, with hints of pastry and Golden apple. On the palate it is fresh, savoury and balanced.
- · «Pinot Nero Metodo Classico Brut Rosè»: this is a sparkling wine with a pale pink colour and characteristic reflections. The nose is moderately developed with good intensity, with hints of small red fruits and bread crust. The taste is fresh, savoury and has good body.
