The InOltre Association is a point of reference for the promotion of tourism in the Oltrepò Pavese, an area rich in history, culture and natural beauty. Wine tastings, such as Bonarda and Metodo Classico, and typical dishes, such as Varzi PDO salami, allow visitors to appreciate local culinary traditions. In addition, the association promotes wellness through the Rivanazzano Terme thermal centre, specialised in rehabilitation treatments. Thanks to a virtuous network of operators, InOltre aims to make Oltrepò Pavese emerge as an exclusive destination, far from mass tourism, and to offer an authentic immersion in the beauty, traditions and flavours of this fascinating territory.
