The 19th edition of BiodiVino 2025 confirms itself as an unmissable event for lovers of organic and biodynamic viticulture. Under the patronage of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty, and Forests (MASAF) and within the framework of the “Bio-ConvItalia – Italian Convivial Organic” project, this international showcase celebrates wine biodiversity as a key element of sustainable agriculture.

A Focus on Biodiversity and Organic Viticulture

Italy stands out as a world leader in organic viticulture, with 133,000 hectares of organic vineyards, accounting for over 20% of the national vineyard area. This wealth of biodiversity is a distinctive feature of Italy, which boasts 80 cultivated grape varieties, ensuring a wide variety of wine productions and high adaptability to different terroirs.

The Event in Lombardy: National Seminar and Wine Tasting

One of the key events of BiodiVino 2025 will take place in Lombardy, in the charming setting of Fortunago (PV), on March 15, 2025. The “Giovanni Azzaretti” Auditorium will host the national seminar titled “The Wine of Gaia: The Environmental Performance of Italian Organic Oenology and the Culture of Responsible Drinking.”
